What's the value of my used Fuji bike?

Your local Fuji dealer can give you an idea of how much you can expect to get based on the parts installed and the overall condition of the bike. You can also search the internet to see what other used bikes with your make, type, year, and condition are selling for.

I want to upgrade from my old Fuji, which model is most like the one I have now?

Your local Fuji dealer will be happy to help you select a comparable model. If you live in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland or Spain you can find your local dealer here. If your country wasn't listed please find your closestes Fuji distributor on our Worldwide contact page. 

Where can I find information about my older Fuji bike.

Start by searching for your bike in the Fuji Archives. We do not have detailed specs available for any bikes prior to 2006. If you still cannot find your model contact us at info@advancedsports.eu with as much information as you know about your bike. If possible, include the serial number, which is engraved below your bottom bracket.

Can I buy a model that's no longer on your website?

Probably not, but if the model was recently removed from the website it may still exist in some Fuji bike store. We produce a finite number of every model each year. Unless the model is being discountinued you will be able to get the newest version of that model as soon as it arrives in-stock at local Fuji stores.

Do you offer customized bikes from the factory?

We do not offer any customizatiosns for Fuji bikes. You may be able to work with your dealer on parts swaps, but we cannot accommodate any color or parts swaps requests from the factory.

Can I sell or trade my old bike in to you?

No, however, some dealers engage in used bike sales/trade-in programs.

What size bike should I buy?

Each bike page has a suggested size guide that you can reference or another good starting point is to measure your height and inseam, however, there are many other factors necessary to ensure the perfect fit. The most accurate way to find out what size bike you need is to be fit by a shop professional. Shop staff will take all the necessary measurements to determine a rider's requirements for top-tube length, seat-tube length and saddle height, as well as other factors such as stem length and angle, crank length and saddle fore/aft positioning. These measurements vary significantly from person to person — even if the same height. We, therefore, strongly recommend that you visit your local Fuji store to determine the best size for you.

Can I buy a bike if there isn't a Fuji store near me?

All of our bikes are sold exclusively through our network of specialty bicycle stores. Find your closest Fuji store by visiting our store locator

When will a bike be back in-stock?

Your local Fuji dealer will be able to provide you with the most-up-to-date information on what a particular bike will be back in-stock. 

Technical / Warranty

Does Fuji offer a crash replacement discount for replacement frames in the event of a non-warranty situation?

Yes, we are happy to help any original Fuji owner replace a frame in the event of a non-warranty situation. This would be a case of if your bike was crashed or your frame was rendered unusable due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect as outlined in the Fuji Bikes Warranty Policy.

As with all warranty claims, we ask that you work with your local Fuji dealer to learn more about the process.

Does my broken Fuji frame qualify for a warranty claim?

The Fuji warranty policy gives a 5 year coverage on defects in materials and workmanship for the bicycle frame and non-suspension fork when the product is purchased from and assembled by an authorized Fuji dealer. For further reference, please see the Fuji Bikes Warranty Policy, which details exactly what is covered on your Fuji product.

All warranty claims are evaluated and handled through our authorized Fuji dealers. To file a claim, please bring your Fuji bike or product to your local Fuji dealer. If you are going to file the claim at a Fuji dealer that is different from the one where you originally purchased the product, then you must bring a copy of your receipt or invoice that proves you are the original owner of the product. If you do not have an authorized Fuji dealer in your area, you can work with any local bicycle shop to assist you with the claim.

Do the parts on my bike qualify for a warranty claim?

For International warranty polices, please contact the distributor in your country. Original parts and components are covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. For further reference, please see the Fuji Bikes Warranty Policy, which details exactly what is covered on your Fuji product.

Will new or different parts fit on my bike?

Your local Fuji dealer will be your best resource for these compatibility questions. Specification on every Fuji bicycle is subject to change based on availability of the product, and thus, the requested information may be different between two units of the same production model. A professional at a bicycle shop can easily assist you in identifying the sizing and compatibility specifics. Their knowledge and expertise will help you confirm that you are buying the correct replacement parts, and they will be more than happy to work with their partner distributors to source, sell, and even install exactly what you need.

Do you have an Owner's Manual for each model type?

We do not produce model-specific manuals for any of our bikes. The manuals are identical for every bike we sell, regardless of whether it is a 200€ kid’s bike or a 5.000€ carbon road bike. The reason the manuals aren't model-specific is because we only produce the bicycle frame. All components are produced by different manufacturers and installed on our frame at the factory. If you are looking for specific information regarding the parts on your bike, please contact the component manufacturer directly.

Do you have assembly instructions so that I can build my bike?

For your safety, we do not provide assembly instructions and require all Fuji bikes to be assembled by a professional mechanic at a bicycle shop. The importance of professional assembly cannot be overstated. It is one of only two requirements that need to be met in order for the bike to be covered under our warranty policy, the other being that you are the original owner of the bike. If you are interested in having warranty coverage on your bike, please take your bike to your local bike shop to have it assembled and adjusted by a professional bicycle mechanic.

Do you have touch-up paint or factory decals for my bike?

We do not stock touch-up paint, nor do we maintain a list of specific paint color codes for our models. We suggest you try an auto supply store to see if they have any vehicle touch-up paint that will match the finish on your frame. You can also try a hobby shop or arts and crafts store that sells model kit paints. We also do not produce decal sets or badges for any of our current or discontinued models.
